Refund Policy

All products sold by NODE Producers (preset banks, sample packs, and other digital content) are digital goods delivered instantly by download. Because you get access to the files immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been delivered.

Exceptions — we will fix or refund if:

• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to download
• You received the wrong product
• The product doesn't work as described for its stated compatible software (Serum 2)

If any of the above applies, contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of purchase with your order number, and we'll send a replacement file or issue a refund.

Not covered by refunds:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incompatibility with software not listed as supported in the product description
• Not reading the product description before buying
